Follow the following steps to share Vimeo Videos on Google+ (Plus):

1.Copy the URL of Video which you want to share.

2.Login to your Google+ Account.

3.After you successfully login to Google+ Account , on Homepage Go to Streams section.

4.In the Stream Section of Google+, type the URL of video which you want to share in the text box.

5. Hit the share button and this way you could share Vimeo Videos on Youtube.

Follow the following steps to share Youtube Videos on Google+ (Plus):

1.First of all you got to be Logged-in to Google+ Account.

2.On you homepage,Go to the Streams section – click the video icon that appears below the text box.On click a drop down menu will appear.Do click YouTube link in that menu.

3. A new window will open automatically where you will get three options Search,Enter a URL,Your YouTube Videos  to share YouTube videos in Google Plus.

Search- With this option you would be able to Search a Video in Youtube then you can search and later share it.

Enter a URL- With this option, you can  embed YouTube Videos in Google plus stream, same way I demonstrated for Vimeo videos.

Your YouTube Videos- Want to share videos that   you have uploaded in your own channel on Youtube , then Google+ would allow show all the videos so uploaded by you,display it over here and you can add the  video which you want.
