What is Tag Cloud 
Tag cloud is a very popular widget used by a large number of blogs in order to make the readers aware of what all they can read in their blog.
Tags are like keywords related to the post. But Matt Cutts, Google’s SEO expert, says that you should avoid tag clouds.
He says that a large number of tags in a tag cloud can send wrong impression to the search engine and it might harm your blog. Remember if tags are less in number ,there is no harm but blog with a significant amount of tags should avoid the tag cloud.

A large number of tags on the page makes the page rank flow through all those links and this may harm your seo.
So next time if you use tags , do wonder what technlogies to use,how many tags to be used & consequences of tags on your SEO.

Amazing fact…I never knew that..I was thinking of putting tag cloud in my sidebar…but now I will think twice before doing that….
Defintely i watched few good sites & later Googled up for the same ,
I came across this video & got to know why most of web bloggers do so !
No offence bro. But I think he said Bi Bi to Tag clouds bro. He said that using them sometimes affect our PR. I am not using it in my blog. But I have seen tag clouds in some blogs which are having more than PR 4. So I dont think it will be a problem to use it in our blog.
